In our country today everything is about right now, faster, quicker and hurry up already. Unfortunately that is how it is with how people view their fitness programs. Unfortunately there are no magic pills that you can take that will eradicate bodyfat while you sit on the couch and order pizza while downloading e-mails. Nope sorry diet, exercise and supplements all work hand in hand.

The next time you are walking through the pharmacy at Wal-Mart and look at all the various promtional stands for the diet pills be sure to read the fine print. It always says when combined with diet and exercise. Imagine that. Supplements are just that, SUPPLEMENTS! They are intended to be used in conjunction with not replace healthy foods.

You can get 85% of everything you need to achieve your fitness goals through your foods and the remaining 15% through supplements. There is no magic bullet to weight loss and being in shape. Resistance exercise combined with cardio- vascular exercise and proper nutrition are the only things that will have you achieving your fitness goals. It is a lifestyle and one that is proven to help you live a longer more productive life.
