A few things to do just to feel better about YOU!

Take a power nap! It is proven that short naps can help you kill stress and recharge. Just a 30 minute nap is all it takes to get you going again. More than 30 minutes and the body enters into the deep stages of sleep.

Eating foods like olives, nuts or peanut butter about 20 minutes before a meal helps your stomach digest food slower which makes you feel full longer and these foods can also help your body absorb fat-soluable vitamins such as A, D, E and K.

For the ladies, once a month slip on those sexy skinny jeans to see how your progressing. Do not worry about a few pounds you gained as that is muscle mass from training and muscle takes up less space thus your clothing size is going down!

Eat a ceral that is rich in FIBER! We Americans do not get enough fiber in our diet and a high fiber content ceral for breakfast is just the ticket to get what you need for your daily allowance in fiber which depending on age is about 25 - 35 grams per day.

Give of yourself. Volunteer for something that you believe in! There is no better stress reliever than when we give of ourselves to help others.

Disengage and shut down. Nothing is better than just kicking back turning on some tunes or cooking a new recipe or a game of cards with a friend to just zone out and forget about you!
