If many of you are not aware the Regional Health Center here in Dexter is currently running an Individual Fitness Challenge. I have some members that are currently enrolled in the program and have now weighed in twice. Those that are devotedly following the meal plan that I outlined for them have lost an average of 6.5# in a week with diet and exercise and do not feel skiddish or weak.
The others that are not following so closely have either remained the same or gained 1 pound. Hmmmmm one would have to surmise that the plan the first group is following to the letter WORKS! They are learning that it is not the taste of the food but rather the function of each food and the time that you eat it. A regimented plan for eating. If you are part of those that are at the Regional Health Center I hope to be providing them with a weekly tip sheet that I hope will assist you in your goals.
