I know I have kept saying in my print articles a blog was coming a blog was coming so here it is. I am not making any excuses but staying on top of my wife's figure competition training and diet is time consuming along with running the gym during an extensive promotion. To all you new members welcome!

It was very gratifying for both of us when in only her 2nd competition she walked out with the winners trophy. In the above photo Nicole is 2nd from the left, smiling down at me who was giving her a huge ovation and thumbs up. Not only did she win but she also qualified to compete at National Shows which when she wins will give her a Pro Card. That is her goal as well as doing modeling and appearances at shows all over the country.

All of this and being a full time mom and part of the gym and at the young age of 37 next month. I am truly proud of her! She is great role model for other women, and that is something she takes to heart. All of you that wished her well with congrats in person, e-mail and cards we both thank you.
