Fruits in season
Peach Dump Cake
peaches, sliced-enough to cover bottom of baking dish.
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 1/2 or 2 stucks of oleo/butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
cinnamon/small amount sprinkled around on peaches
Thoroughly grease and flour baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with peaches, if they have some juice it will be better or use extra butter. Open cake mix and sprinkle dry mix evenly over fruit. Slice oleo/butter thinly and place all over top of cake mix. Sprinkle top of butter with cinnamon, nuts and brown sugar/splenda brown sugar.
Bake at 325 about 35 minutes.
this recipe can used for any type of fruit and with all the fruit in season now it is a good time to use for a desert.
I am always trying something different with this type of recipe.
