Fruits in seasonPosted Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at 7:50 PM
Peach Dump Cake
peaches, sliced-enough to cover bottom of baking dish. Thoroughly grease and flour baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with peaches, if they have some juice it will be better or use extra butter. Open cake mix and sprinkle dry mix evenly over fruit. Slice oleo/butter thinly and place all over top of cake mix. Sprinkle top of butter with cinnamon, nuts and brown sugar/splenda brown sugar. Bake at 325 about 35 minutes. this recipe can used for any type of fruit and with all the fruit in season now it is a good time to use for a desert. I am always trying something different with this type of recipe. Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |
I began cooking at the age of 9 with my father and have always loved trying new recipes. Beware: I am fond of onions and peppers! I am diabetic so I do try to cook more healthy dishes these days. My door is always open to trying and sharing new recipes. Let's see what we can cook up with this blog!

Anything with either brown sugar or whipped cream is good. So I'm sure this is delicious! Karen, do you have any recipes with both brown sugar and whipped cream?
Mmmmmmm!
