Bag of plain Fritos
Velveeta cheese

Boil Chicken -pinch chicken into small pic. when done (set aside)

I a large glass casserole pan put in

1-layer of chicken (pinched up) then a

Then another layer of chicken, layer of Fritos & the rest of the soup mixture then slice Velveeta cheese over all the top (make sure you cover it all)

Bake at 350 for 30 min or until slightly brown

Any variety of soups can be used for this recipe, the low fat. fat free, light velveeta, it will turn out the same without all the fat and calories.

This recipe is a favorite of my family's. Shannonhoon is not always serious, but if he's really looking for recipes, the Good Housekeeping good advice newsletter from 8/3 has some excellent hot-weather cold-drink recipes.

Oh, girls, how naive you are! I just looked back over the previous posts to see what sort of "recipes" hoon might be "looking for," and I see that you've totally missed his point! How cute that you both took him seriously! Hehe! "Pond water"?? Come now, he's pulling your leg!

I got it, goat lady, he wanted "adult" beverages, but the site I referred to has some of those. (The site to which I referred, for the benefit of old English teachers. In case Madeline sees this.)

I'm not so sure about the Velveeta cheese, but the Fritos provide balance, and there is chicken, so this might be OK to try.

No way can I eat just a few Fritos! It's not a matter of balance! I'm trying for 1200 calories a day right now, and one handful of Fritos would spiral me right into a whole bag!

GL, you are feeling sleepy, your eyelids are getting very heavy, you are slipping into unconsciousness. When you awake you will be able to eat just one Frito and have no desire to eat another, and another and another and ......

Thanks Gardengirl...I will check them out. GOAT, way to inform the kind hearted. You are like our own little Blog government, trying to protect the weak and control their thoughts.

BTW: Pond Water recipe since you brought it up....Get an empty Milk Jug, go to your liquor cabinet, poor everything in, top off with your favorite juices and Kool-Aid, and there you have it....Sunshine in a Milk Jug, otherwise known in my circles as PondWater, or BATCH.

Ummmmmmmmmm. And its SO good!

I began cooking at the age of 9 with my father and have always loved trying new recipes. Beware: I am fond of onions and peppers! I am diabetic so I do try to cook more healthy dishes these days. My door is always open to trying and sharing new recipes. Let's see what we can cook up with this blog!
