Refreshing Diabetic FluffPosted Sunday, August 23, 2009, at 8:20 AM
Strawberry Fluff
2 (3 ounce) packages sugar free strawberry gelatin Some chopped pecans or walnuts are very good sprinkled on top. Any flavor gelatin will work as well this can be made regular with just regular ingredients. It is a very versaltile recipe.
Try: peach jello and fresh peaches It will work from prepared gelatin but tends to be kind of runny, so I just use the method in recipe. Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, I had back surgery last Thursday so will be slow for awhile, thanks for your patience. remember I want to hear from everyone out there also, I also interested in your recipes if you want to share them, you can send them to my email and i will post them also. kshipley57@yahoo.com |
I began cooking at the age of 9 with my father and have always loved trying new recipes. Beware: I am fond of onions and peppers! I am diabetic so I do try to cook more healthy dishes these days. My door is always open to trying and sharing new recipes. Let's see what we can cook up with this blog!
