Cooking with Karen
I began cooking at the age of 9 with my father and have always loved trying new recipes. Beware: I am fond of onions and peppers! I am diabetic so I do try to cook more healthy dishes these days. My door is always open to trying and sharing new recipes. Let's see what we can cook up with this blog!
Pudding at it's best

Diabetic Banana Pudding
This is also low fat and low calorie
1 box sugar free-fat free instant banana pudding
1 box sugar free-fat free instant cheesecake pudding
1 8 ounce container sugar free coolwhip
vanilla wafers
4 to 5 bananas
mix pudding according to box directions, add cool whip. I put vanilla wafers on bottom of bowl/container then layer pudding/coolwhip mixture with bananas and more vanilla wafers.
I have also just used 2 boxes of vanilla pudding or the french vanilla pudding is very good in this.
