Easy Pleasing Recipes

I actually got this recipe in my email several times and it does really work so I thought you might enjoy the easy, simple cake, and you won't overeat with it because it is just the right size.


4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

A small splash of vanilla essence

1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using), vanilla essence , then mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

This "Recipe" is actually one that I ventured into my self, with the like of chicken and rice this is what I make. I am always making casseroles, goulashes and so forth with my mixings.

Rice_A_Roni Chicken Bake

1 box Rice-A-Roni Broccoli Augratin
6 boneless skinless chicken tenders uncooked
1 can fat free chicken broth
chopped onion, small amount
chopped celery, small amount

I put the chicken in baking dish and cook for about 30 minutes, take chicken out and mix Rice-A-Roni in baking dish according to box direstions, I use the fat free chicken broth instead of water, I put the onion and celery in at this time, it gives it more flavor, when it is mixed good I lay the chicken on top and sprinkle with a bit of black pepper and a dash of garlic powder, return to oven and cook for about 30 minutes more or less to the way you like it, we love it fixed this way and it is very easy and makes a complete meal for us.
