Surprise Apple Bars
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can apple pie filling, chopped up
Chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans Coconut Combine the cake mix and the pie filling together, stirring to blend well. Put mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan. Top with chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees until done in the center. Cool slightly was serve. Banana Split Pie
( 1 graham cracker crust pie shell- pre made) In bowl mix: butter, powdered sugar, 1 egg, a little milk to thin if mixture is too thick. I began cooking at the age of 9 with my father and have always loved trying new recipes. Beware: I am fond of onions and peppers! I am diabetic so I do try to cook more healthy dishes these days. My door is always open to trying and sharing new recipes. Let's see what we can cook up with this blog!

You can always use a bit of cream instead of the egg and that is what I use, I was also told you could get pasturized egg at Walmarts and that would work as well, I am sorry I forgot to add the additional information.
