Coconut and Chocolate Pies
1-1/2 cup Splenda (or equivalent)
1-1/2 Cup of Coconut
Pour into baked pie shell. Add topping.
You can use the same basic recipe to make chocolate pies except use 2 cups of Splenda and 4 LEVEL tablespoons of cocoa.
I got this recipe from a cousin and it is wonderful. Hope you enjoy!! I have to take these pies to church every time we have a "pig-out" AND our family get-togethers. |
