1 lb ground chuck
Brown ground chuck and onion, drain. mix ground chuck, tomatoes, macaroni..cooked or uncooked, drained corn, drained peas, cream of mushroom and salt and pepper. Put in 375 oven in covered casserole dish and cook 25 or 30 minutes till hot and bubbly. Put cheese on top and melt. This can made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator untill ready to cook. This is also very good made with egg noodles.

1 lb ground chuck
Lightly beat egg with fork, then add a heaping tablespoon of tomato sauce or soup and mix. Mix in rice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in ground chuck and mix well with hands. Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch round meatballs.
Coat skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Cook meatballs until brown on all sides.
Combine remaining sauce or soup with Worcestershire and stir until smooth, then smooth over meatballs. Cover with lid and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
We love these meatballs. I first ate them when my son was in headstart at Grayridge. Those kids sure liked them.
When I make them at home sometimes I even add some chili powder, I have even added a can of chili beans to the mixture that is poured over them at the last. There are lots of variations with this dish.
Strawberry Minute Pie
1 eight-inch pie shell
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add un-thawed frozen strawberries. Break up strawberries with fork. As strawberries thaw, gelatin thickens. When partially set, pour into cooled pie shell. Chill until completely set. Just before serving, top with whipped cream.
We make this sugarfree by adding sugar free strawberry gelatin and it is just as good..
This is good when you want a good home cooked meal
take kielbasa and split it in half length ways
put saurkraut in between layers
wrap with bacon strips and hold on with toothpicks
bake until hot.
good with beans and taters and sliced tomaters
