Spicy Chicken Dip
Chicken Breast...2-3 lb bag Boil the chicken breast till tender,shred it up. Mix all ingreadients together. Let it all simmer, then eat it with scoop chips. Creamy Pasta Shells with Broccoli and Ham
1 lb pkg small pasta shells
1 small onion, finely chopped Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook until tender but not overcooked..8 to 10 minutes. Add Broccoli for last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and return to pot. While pasta is cooking melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add onion and saute until softened, about 3 minutes. Add ham and cook, stirring, 2 minutes longer. Stir in cream, bring to simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Scrape cream mixture into pot with pasta and broccoli. Add cheese and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately, passing more Parmesan, if desired. Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 23 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball (about 2 cups). Until next time happy cooking. I would love to hear from anyone that would like a recipe for a certain dish. |
