Recently I attended a benefit dinner, a friend suggested that I try a piece of "Butterfinger Cake", Oh my goodness it was so delicious. It was made with a different recipe than the one I am sharing but I am sure all of them are very tasty. If you look online there are several, one uses German Choc cake mix with caramel, that is the one I tried and it was wonderful. I hope you try this and post your comment on here. If anyone has a different recipe and it is their favorite please email me the recipe. firstname.lastname@example.org. I would really appreciate your responses. My second recipe is using Shrimp, I bought a similar product and fixed this recipe myself and I could eat it everyday. The Shrimp I bought had been grilled but when I fixed it I put on rack in oven, be sure to put a drip pan under it if you put in reg oven. They are good fixed either way.
1 Angel Food Cake
Tear cake into chunks. Crush 4 candy bars: mix together. With mixer, combine marshmallow cream, cream cheese and sugar. Fold into candy and cake mixture. Spread in 13 x 9 pan.
Top with Cool Whip. Crush last 2 candy bars and sprinkle on top.
Maple Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
1 bag med or large cooked shrimp, frozen
Thaw the amount of shrimp you want to cook, put in bowl and cover with cajun seasoning,sure all is covered good. Cut the bacon the size of pieces you want to wrap Shrimp in. Put on skewers and grill. I like to cook mine till the Bacon is browned.
Sweet Potato Fries
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat until butter is melted and oil is hot. Add sweet potatoes; toss to coat with oil. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 20 minutes or until tender and browned. Stir in parsley.
Ten Minute Rolls
1 cup self-rising flour
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. Grease six cups in muffin tin. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Serve as a roll or a biscuit. I found this recipe on another persons recipe blog, I fixed and it was so tasty I wanted to share it.
