Where Will You Stand

Lost to the world's eyes but found in GOD's heart
Leaving green pastures to face fiery darts

As others are sleeping you watch and pray
While they fulfill their dreams you humbly stay

Knowing the pain of the weak, hurt, outcast
The strong win races you always finish last

A nobody in this world in heaven well known
Because you died to self others have grown

A friend during crisis and then disappear
Those once blind to GOD's will now can see clear

The words you speak bring peace to a troubled soul
With hope restored the broken are made whole

The helpless rescued from a pit of despair
All because they know that you actually care

You're unnoticed like a star in the night skies
Your "performance" draws tears from your Father's eyes

Each raindrop tear brings life to the earth below
Everywhere they touch causes someone to grow

Where will you stand on the stage or in the gap
Win the applause of men or sit in GOD's lap
