And Bob Barker's replacement will be...Posted Monday, July 23, 2007, at 7:13 PM
In a decision that's been both anticipated and feared for quite some time, the official announcement was made late this afternoon.
After some 35 years on the show, the white-headed host has hung up his mic with no clear replacement in place.
Names were floated around, including Barker's own endorsement of television's own resident moron Rosie O'Donnell.
While I must admit, Carey would not have been my first choice, he is indeed WAY farther up the food chain than big-mouth Rosie.
Thank God good judgment prevailed.
In all honesty, I'm not a big follower of the show, but if I just happened to be home on a workday for some reason and nothing else is on I might watch it. I do love Plinko.
It's kind of funny though that for the last decade all I can think of when I see Bob Barker is the line he spews at Adam Sandler after their fight in Happy Gilmore.
