On a more disturbing note...

Posted Friday, September 18, 2009, at 8:24 AM

Normally I wouldn't want to post a new blog this soon after my last, but I just couldn't pass this up. This is a mess on sooo many levels I don't even know what to say about it so I'm just going to post this link about a 12-year-old England boy who is not a boy anymore.

What troubled me the most about this is that parents in the school district are only upset because this confused their children and they "Maybe we could have explained sexual politics and encouraged our kids to be more sensitive if we'd had a chance to be involved."

This is disturbing. Why would you let your 12 year old child do something like this? What happens in a couple of years if the child suddenly has a change of heart? I truly cannot imagine what kind of parents this kid has to be ok with this.
