Notice of Trustee's Sale ______________________________________________ WHEREAS, Penny Zoll, an unmarried person, by her Deed of Trust dated the 1st day of December, 2008, and recorded the 3rd day of December, 2008, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Stoddard County, Missouri, in Book 490 at Page 254, conveyed to James R. Tweedy, Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Stoddard, State of Missouri, to-wit: Lot 27 of Deerfield Estates, in the City of Puxico, Stoddard County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 9 at page 146. which conveyance was made to the said James R. Tweedy, Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one Promissory Note in said Deed of Trust described; and Whereas, the beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has appointed in writing Bruce Lawrence as Successor Trustee pursuant to the powers contained in said Deed of Trust, which said Appointment of Successor Trustee has been recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Stoddard County, Missouri, in Book 2014 at Page 3050; and Whereas, default was made and still continues in the payment of said Note; NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, Bruce Lawrence, Trustee, will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the south front door of the Stoddard County Courthouse, in the City of Bloomfield, Stoddard County, Missouri, on Thursday, October 9, 2014, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 o'clock P.M., and more particularly at 10:00 o'clock A.M., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
