Smiles of HOPE marks five year anniversary

The local dental clinic ministry, Smiles of HOPE, conducted at Dexter's Lighthouse Christian Center, marked its fifth year anniversary on Saturday, March 28. Founder Dr. William Kane, along with Pastor Tim Russell and Dental Minister Kevin De Arman, credited several individuals with the success of the totally volunteer tooth extraction program that is conducted on the last Saturday of each month.
