City of Dexter moves forward with tourism tax research; rules again on Park Lane property

After some initial research, an ad hoc committee for the City of Dexter has found that a proposed tourism tax might be a good idea for the city, but more investigation into the possibility is needed. At its last meeting, Mayor Joe Weber moved to create the committee to look into such a tax as a means of promoting tourism in Dexter.
