Traffic fatalities rise 13 pct. so far this year

More than 500 people have died as a result of traffic crashes in Missouri this year, a 13 percent increase over the same time last year. Rate increase: SCAD board renews health insurance for employees

Tax levy, testing, hires fill board agenda
