Dexter Police Nov. 18, 2015 Two local residents, Chelsea Johnson-Snider and Isaiah Johnson, were arrested close to 1 a.m. Tuesday at 707 N. Mulberry St. Both individuals were charged with first degree domestic assault. Both also were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. They were transported to the Stoddard County Jail in Bloomfield where they remain, each under a $15,000 cash only bond...
