Charles Houart

Charles Dean Houart, son of Charles E. and Mary Crabb Houart, was born at Dexter on Feb. 7, 1973, and died at Dexter on Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at the age of 30. Mr. Houart had spent his life in the Bloomfield community. He had been employed by Walker Construction Company in Dexter the past nine years and was a member of the Ridge Runners Motorcycle Club in Idalia. Survivors include his parents Charles E. and Mary Houart of Bloomfield; three brothers, Marvin Bennett of Chaffee, Wesley Bennett of Advance, and Kerry Bennett of Bell City; and four sisters, Sherry Bader of Brighton, Tenn., Kelly Baker of Qulin, Lee Ann Halliburton of Dexter, and Rena Heffner of Advance. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today, Thursday, April 10, 2003, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2003, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Earl Dell officiating. Interment will follow in the Brown Cemetery near Puxico.
