Charlotte Violet Watters, daughter of the late Charles Radosevich and Josephine Kum Radosevich, was born Sept. 7, 1925, at Chicago, Ill., and died at All Saints Special Care Hospital in Bridgeton on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at the age of 77. Mrs. Watters was a bookkeeper for the Chicago Stock Exchange for many years. She was united in marriage to Ray C. Watters on Aug. 24, 1962, at Las Vegas, Nev. Mr. Watters preceded his wife in death on Sept. 11, 1990. She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Manes of Bernie; one sister, Marian Zeitler of Redman, Wash.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Other than by her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother and one grandchild. Visitation was held from 9-10:30 a.m. today, Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. Funeral services were conducted at 10:30 a.m. today, Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, with Rev. Susan Marner-Sides officiating. Interment followed in the Bernie Cemetery.
