Nina Randolph

Nina Lucille Randolph, 81, daughter of the late Thomas Alvin Walker and Lilly Hayes Walker, was born on Sept. 20, 1921, at Bloomfield, and died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at Gideon Care Center. On Sept. 16, 1939, she was married to Homer Lee "Buster" Randolph at Malden, and he survives of the home. She was a homemaker and a member of Stanfield General Baptist Church in Gideon. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Savanah Hargraves of Wasilla, Ark., and Arvilla Early of Bernie; three sons, Buddy Randolph of Gideon, Larry Randolph of Rogers, Ark., and Dencel Randolph of Gideon; one sister, Norma Keene of Bay City, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. One granddaughter, two sisters, Thelma Pippens and Vivian Campbell, and two brothers, "Rank" Walker and Junior Walker preceded her in death. Visitation was held after 6:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, 2003, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at Stanfield General Baptist Church in Gideon with Dr. Kenneth Kennedy and Rev. Andy Evans officiating. Interment followed at the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton.
