David Dare

David Bryon Dare, son of the late Roy Bryon Dare and the late Mauden Evelyn (Pendleton) Dare, was born on Sunday, June 28, 1931, at Nogo, Ark., and died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, at his residence in Hayti at the age of 71. Mr. Dare was united in marriage to Mary Rock on March 8, 1964, in Georgia, and she preceded him in death on March 15, 1977. Survivors include one daughter, Melody Dare of West Fork, Ark.; two sons, Raymond Rousell of Hayti and George Eichmann of Dexter; three sisters, Isabelle Plunk of Hayti, Betty Cronan of Portageville, and Manervia Gribble of Wardell; three brothers, John Thomas Dare of Russellville, Ark., William E. Bell of Caruthersville, and George E. Bell of Orange, Texas; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. today, Friday, Nov. 8, 2002, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, at Dry Bayou Baptist Church in Hayti with Rev. Stan Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Dry Bayou Cemetery in Hayti.
