Ada Linville

Ada May Linville, a resident of Dexter, was born on June 14, 1912, at Dudley and died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare Center North Campus in Poplar Bluff. Mrs. Linville had lived around Fisk and Dexter all of her life. She was a homemaker who loved to quilt and cook for her family. Survivors include one son, David Linville of Newbern, Tenn.; one daughter, Betty Arnold of Wappapello; three sisters, Pearl Hill of Dexter, Anna King of Jonesboro, Ark., and Gladys Renfro of Kennett; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation was held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2002, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Interment followed in Hobbs Chapel Cemetery.
