Donald Dunivan

Rev. Donald G. Dunivan, son of Elva Stroup and the late William Lester Dunivan, was born July 27, 1944 and died August 19, 2002 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Mr. Dunivan was a member of the Oak Grove Church and was a former pastor of Balch Church near Zalma. He was united in marriage to Lorraine Barnhart on July 26, 1982 at St. Louis. She survives of the home. Other survivors include: his mother, Elva Stroup of Puxico; four sons, Donny Dunivan, of Dowagiac, MI., Darrell Dunivan, Dale Dunivan, and Geno Dunivan, all of St. Louis; one step-son, Christopher Parson, of Carson City, MI.; one brother, Danny Dunivan, of Advance; four sisters, Dean Stroup, of Advance, Sherry Morris of Bernie, Kay Sullender and Rhonda Loughary, both of Michigan, 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 5:30 - 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 21 at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, The funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m., Thursday, August 22 at the Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance with the Rev. Kenny Stroup officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Ridge Cemetery near Advance.
