Velda Loness

Velda ?Joan? Loness, was born on November 16, 1935 in Matthews, Mo., and died July 14, 2002 at St. John?s Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur. Mrs. Loness worked for American Express for five years, and also worked for a travel agency in Clayton. She was married to Leo Loness. He survives of the home in Fenton. Other survivors include five daughters, Teresa Fish, of Belleville, Ill., Paula Longworth, of Bon Terre, Pamela Richason, of Plant City, Fla., Laura Griffin, of St. Peters, and Belinda Craddock, of Palm Desert, Ca.; two sons, Mark Craddock, of O?Fallon, and Kerry Craddock, of Bon Terre; two sisters, Angela Crowe, of Foristell and Chantay Meyer, of O?Fallon, two stepsons. Leo D. Loness, of Mitchell, Ill., and David L. Loness, of Fenton; and two stepdaughters, Ronda L. Pennington, of Hesperia, Ca., and Janice Livelle, of Robertsville; 33 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m., tonight at the Baue Funeral Home in Wentzville. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., July 17, at the Baue Funeral Chapel in Wentzville. Interment will follow at the Eternal Peace Cemetery in Wentzville.
