Betty J. Nettler, 73, of Advance, entered into rest on April 2, 2003, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Jan. 18, 1930, at Brownwood, the daughter of the late Laurence and Eula Smith Williams. She was united in marriage to Larry Nettler on June 18, 1966, at St. Louis, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 14, 1992. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Johnnie and Shela Williams of Advance; a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Sam Finders of Bellflowers; seven grandchildren, Cassandra Jolliff and Storm Williams, both of Advance, Sarah Finders, Jon Finders, and Bob Finders, all of Warrenton, and Shane Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau; five great-grandchildren, Steven Jolliff of Advance, Brandon Likes, Trevor Finders, Eli Finders, all of Warrenton, and Hannah Finders of Montgomery City; four sisters, Georgia Robins of Sullivan, Rita VanMatre of Dexter, Lois Arsta of Columbia, and Sandy Smith of Clarkton. Three brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today, Friday, April 4, 2003, at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance. Funeral service will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Advance with Father Frederick Lutz officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Advance. PAID
