Sarah Ann McCarthy, 34, of Lilbourn, the daughter of James Cordell Morgan of Malden and Elizabeth Mae Siemons Morgan of Malden, was born July 2, 1968, in Galveston, Texas, and died Sunday, March 9, 2003, as the result of a automobile accident. On May 31, 1987, she was united in marriage to Clarence Lynn McCarthy in Bernie, and he survives of the home. She graduated from Bernie High School, and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene of Malden. She was also a student at Bootheel Education Center at Malden. Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Tony McCarthy and Jason McCarthy, of the home; four sisters, Laura Biano of Baytown, Texas, Jeanette Morgan of Hitchcock, Texas, Glynda Woffard of Santa Fe, Calif., and Augusta Allen, of Malden; and two brothers, Corporal James Morgan, Jr., of Caruthersville, and Chester Morgan of Malden. Visitation will be held beginning at 6 p.m. today, Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2003, at Bradshaw Funeral Chapel in Malden with Rev. John Bowlby officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Cemetery in Malden.
