Brenda Link, the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruby Maze Vaughn, was born in Dexter on March 28, 1947, and died at her home near Dexter on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at the age of 55. Mrs. Link had been a resident of Dexter all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lick Creek Church near Bloomfield. On Dec. 31, 1971, she was married to Joe Link in Troy. Surviving are her husband, Joe Link of Dexter; four sons, Robert R. Rolling and Brian Link, both of Bloomfield, Tony Link of Advance, Randall Rolling of Ft. Meade, Fla.; one daughter, Melissa Diane Pasquelone of Haines City, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; eight brothers, Arthur Vaughn, Jr., Larry Vaughn, Faron Dale Vaughn, all of Bloomfield, Edwin Eugene Vaughn of Campbell, Rolla Lee Vaughn and Ronnie Vaughn, both of Hutchison, Kan., Jerry Vaughn and Randy Vaughn, both of Dexter; four sisters, Betty Jo Horn and Sharon Gaughan, both of Bloomfield, Rose Champion of Iola, Kan., and Barbara Davis of Desoto. She was preceded in death by one grandchild. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Bill Bradley of Charleston officiating. Interment will follow in the North Antioch Cemetery near Aquilla with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
