Ruth Bailey, a resident of Dexter, died on Jan. 17, 2002 in the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter at the age of 89. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
