Anna Mae Sanders, daughter of the late Jesse William and Alma Patterson, was born on May 5, 1942, at Fisk and died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2002 at Delta. Mrs. Sanders was a merchandiser for American Greeting Cards and had previously worked at the Butler County Health Department as a homemaker. She lived most of her life at Fisk and had been a resident of Bloomfield since 1991. She was married to Bill Sanders, who survives. Besides her husband, other survivors include two daughters, Julie Rangel, of San Jose, Calif., and Pamela Arnold, of Dudley; one son, Mark Sanders, of Bloomfield; three brothers, Jerrol Patterson and Max Patterson, both of Fisk, and Billy Patterson of Walla Walla, Wash.; two sisters, Debra Trout of Fisk and Jane Diamond of Silva; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be held today (Sunday), Jan 13, beginning at 6 p.m. at the White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 14, in the White-Sanders Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Brown Chapel Cemetery.
