Anna Marie Voss, daughter of the late Pete Farfalla and Mary Picaloe Farfalla, was born on Nov. 19, 1922 at Kansas City, Mo. and died in the emergency room of Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Dec. 25, 2001, at the age of 79. Mrs. Voss was of the Catholic Faith, a former Red Cross worker in Paragould, Ark., a former resident of Dexter, and a resident of Paragould. Survivors include one son, Chuck Rogers of Lafe, Ark.; one daughter, Ellen Marie Brown of Dexter; three brothers, Benny Farfalla of Omaha, Neb., Sammie Farfalla of the State of Calif., and Jimmy Farfalla of Portland, Ore.; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Mathew Farfalla and Frankie Farfalla; by four sisters, Josey Nelson, Rosie Fitzpatrick, Batina Tussey and Katie Ford. Visitation will be held at the Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 28 in the Rainey Funeral Chapel with Father John Sheley officiating. Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery with Rainey Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
