Clint was baptized and married in the First Christian Church in Bloomfield and lived the next 47 years with his wife and favorite companion, Berta Wallace Aslin. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Carmen and Kenneth Aslin; and one sister, Leah Fischer. Besides his wife, Berta, he is survived by one daughter, Anna and Josh Cohen of Arlington, Va.; by one son, Clint and Terry Aslin of Mead, Okla.; by one grandson, Anthony Aslin of Mead, Okla.; by his mother-in-law, Gertrude Patrick of Bloomfield; one brother, Gorty Aslin of Bloomfield; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 11 a.m. with funeral services following at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Ron Dunavin, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, officiating in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel in Bloomfield.
Pallbearers will be Bill Aslin, Clint Aslin, Josh Cohen, Tim Aslin, Bob Aslin and Bob Aslin, Jr. Memorials may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church at Bloomfield, the American Heart Association or to the charity of the donors choice. PAID
