Andrew Wayne Trammell, son of Pamela Hodder Trammell of Dexter and Gary Wayne Trammell of Dexter, was born on Nov. 23, 1977 at Cape Girardeau and departed this life on Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at Donnellson, Iowa as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident at the age of 25. Andrew was a claims adjuster with Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company in Grinnell, Iowa, a 2001 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and a resident of Grinnell, Iowa, formerly of Dexter. He was united in marriage to Rebekak Talbert on February 20, 2003 at Brooklyn, Iowa. Rebekak survives of the home at Grinnell, Iowa. Besides his wife, he is survived by his mother, Pam Trammell of Dexter; his father and step-mother, Gary and Resa Trammell of Dexter; one brother Tyler Trammell of Dexter; one sister, Victoria Trammell of Dexter; one step-brother, Justin Foushee of Dexter; one step-sister, Courtney Foushee of Dexter; his maternal grandparents, Richard and Joyce Hodder of Dexter; and by his maternal great-grandparents, Loren and Opal Coffey of Dexter. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lee W. and Eloise Trammell. Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 - 8 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2003. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel, Sunday, May 25, 2003 with Rev. Fred Leist officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Boy Scout Troop #71, c/o Tony Stevens, 16204 County Road 624, Dexter, MO 63841. PAID
