Beulah Putnam, a resident of Bloomfield, died on Tuesday, June 3, 2003, in the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter at the age of 94. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
