Dena Page-Johnson was born Dec. 18, 1960, at St. Charles, Ill., and died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at her home in Dexter at the age of 42. She came to Dexter a few years ago. She had lived in Belvidere, Ill., where she had worked as a nurse. Surviving are her mother Patsy Carter of Sebering, Fla.; one sister, Janet Lee of Linn Creek; two brothers, Robert Page of Phoenix, Ariz., and John Carter, Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eddie and Eunice Jennings and William and Delia Page. Memorial services were held Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, at the Powe Baptist Church with the Rev. Ivan Adkins officiating.
