Kenny Moore

Kenny Moore, the son of the late Roy and Velma Walker Moore, was born in Bloomfield on Nov. 1, 1948, and died Friday, Aug. 8, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter at the age of 54. Mr. Moore had lived in the Puxico area his whole life. He was a maintenance worker for the City of Puxico. He attended the Puxico Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Moore was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the Army. On March 1, 1969, he was married to Tressa Hyten in Puxico. He is survived by his wife, Tressa Moore of Puxico; two daughters, Angel Crank of Dexter and Kendra Doublin of Wappapello; one grandson; and one sister, Marilyn Fox of Puxico. He was preceded in death by one sister, Melody Moore. Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, 2003, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Chapel in Puxico Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico with Elder Jerry Park of Puxico officiating and Bro. David Phillips assisting. Interment followed in the Rock Hill Cemetery in Puxico.
