Florida Bell Williamson

Florida Bell Williamson was born June 8, 1916, in Clarendon, Ark., the daughter of Will and Bell Richardson Madden, and died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003, at the Malden Medical Home at the age of 87.

She was married to Rufus Williamson in 1934, and he preceded her in death in 1982. She later married Johnny Bledsoe in 1991, and he preceded her in death in 2002.

Other survivors include seven sons, Rufus Williamson, Jr., Lee Williamson, Robbie Williamson, Lewis Williamson, Robert Williamson, Ray Williamson, David Williamson; and four daughters, Jackie Jones, Oteria McCullough, Minnie Phillips, and Dorothy Ige; almost 50 grandchildren; and over 24 great and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden and from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

The funeral service will be conducted from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, 2003, at the Community Center in Parma.

Interment will follow in Malden Cemetery.
