Helen Lucille Gough, daughter of the late William T. Gough and Addie Gillis Gough, was born on April 30, 1918, near Bernie and died at Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at the age of 85.

Ms. Gough was a member of the White Oak Grove General Baptist Church near Bernie, a homemaker and resident of Bernie.

Survivors include two brothers, Arvel Newton Gough of Malden and Marvin Gough of Dexter.

Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2003, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie with Rev. Bill Pennington officiating.

Interment followed in the Smith-Stevenson Cemetery near Bernie.
