Helen M. Moore, the daughter of the late John Edward and Stella Mae Elmore Beyerbach, was born in Bloomfield on July 10, 1929, and died at the Missouri Southern Healthcare Facility in Dexter on Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at the age of 74.

Mrs. Moore had lived in Dexter since 1981. She also was a former resident of Fairmont City, Ill., for many years. She was a member of the Community Church in Dudley.

On Sept. 9, 1974, she was married to Perry Moore in Alton, Ill.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband, Perry Moore of Dexter; two sons, Ray Jones and Michael Moore, both of Dexter; one daughter, Barbara Logdson of Ramsey, Ill.; two brothers, Herman Beyerbach of Bloomfield and Leonard Beyerbach of Florissant; one sister, Nell Nelson of Dexter; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2003, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Pastor Donald Morgan of Dudley officiating.

Interment will be in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
