Lois Jewell Campbell

Lois Jewell Campbell, daughter of the late James P. Weaver and Fannie Jackson Weaver, was born Nov. 30, 1923, in Steele and died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at her residence in Bernie at the age of 79.

She had married Taylor Campbell, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include three sons, Norman Austill of Tacoma, Wash., Harold Wayne Austill of Greer, S.C., and Danny Austill of Memphis, Tenn.; three daughters, Carolyn Carver of DuQuoin, Ill., Sharon Austill of Dutchtown, and Linda Randall of Hurley, Miss.; two sisters, Dora Willy of Barnhart and Doris Ridge of Cape Girardeau; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Herbert Weaver and one sister, Emily Lovelace.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, at Bradshaw Chapel in Malden with Rev. Joe B. Masters and Rev. Mel Carver officiating.

Interment will follow in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
