Shirley H. Miller of Dudley, the daughter of the late Herbert Marvin and Leota Joiner, was born Aug. 23, 1935, in Rombauer and died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus .

She had lived in the Fisk, Rombauer, and Dudley area most of her life.

She was of the Methodist faith.

She had worked for Purolator in Dexter for 27 years and then Central Gardnes Residential Care as a dietician until her retirement in 2001.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Autrey of Dexter and Pamela Clark of Puxico; one son, Herbie Clark and his wife Tammy of Puxico; one daughter-in-law, Lisa Clark of Puxico; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one nephew; and two nieces.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Michael Clark; one sister, Fern Reasons; and one brother, Bill Joiner.

Visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk officated by Rev. Kent Miller of Poplar Bluff.

Interment will follow in Rombaurer Cemetery.
