Emma Kinder, age 90, of North Richland Hills, Texas, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003. She was born Oct. 19, 1913, in Bernie.

Prior to her retirement, she worked for Elder Manufacturing.

She was a member of Second General Baptist Church in Dexter.

Mrs. Kinder is survived by one son, Jim Kinder of North Richland, Texas; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne "Red" Kinder; daughter, Carolyn Mitchell; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at the Rest Haven Funeral Home prior to services.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Rockwall Chapel with Rev. Michael Manley officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.
