Anna Elizabeth Moody

Anna Elizabeth Moody was born Dec. 23, 1921, in Wood River, Ill., and died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at Current River Nursing Center in Fairdealing at the age of 81.

She was a member of Fairview Church of God.

On Sept. 23, 1940, she was united in marriage to William Allen Moody in Newton, Iowa. He preceded her in death on April 2, 1990.

Survivors include one son, Herb Moody of Dexter; two sisters, Darlene Hayes of Phoenix, Ariz., and Betty Barron of Huntsville; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, at Edwards Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Sanford officiating.

Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
