Gertrude Leonidas Buckley, the daughter of Guy Leonidas Hall and Mollie Sue Beck Hall, was born Nov. 4, 1918, in Campbell and died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003, at Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau at the age of 85.

She was united in marriage to Charlie B. Buckley, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 21, 1988.

She had been the Campbell City Clerk for over 25 years, and she was a member of the United Methodist Church in Campbell.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Mayo Noyes of Bloomfield; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandsons; and three step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Rev. John Adams and Rev. Dan Sitze officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.
