Candace Selleck

Candace A. Selleck, the daughter of Ann and Mac Mallory and the late Howard Gosnell, was born in St. Louis on July 12, 1952, and died at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at the age of 51.

Mrs. Selleck was a homemaker and a resident of Dexter all her life. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Dexter and a graduate of Dexter High School.

In 1978 she was married to Charles Selleck, and he preceded her in death in 1998.

Mrs. Selleck is survived by one daughter, Sarah Beth Johnston of Poplar Bluff; her mother and father, Ann and Mac Mallory of Dexter; and one brother, Howard Gosnell of Kansas City.

Graveside funeral services were held at 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at the Sadlers Chapel Cemetery near Dexter with Rev. Ken Underwood of Poplar Bluff officiating.

Interment followed in the Sadlers Chapel Cemetery near Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
